Da una serie di incontri tra forze creative provenienti dai diversi mondi della musica e del cinema nasce “Hunter’s Moon”, il primo nuovo brano dei GHOST che segue Seven Inches Of Satanic Panic, pubblicato nel 2019, e viene accompagnato da un fantasmagorico video diretto da Amanda Demme. “Hunter’s Moon” prende vita al concerto del 16 novembre 2018, che i GHOST avevano tenuto al Forum di Los Angeles. Tra il pubblico della data sold out c’era anche Ryan Turek, Vice Presidente del dipartimento di Feature Film Development presso la Blumhouse Productions (Get Out, Insidious, The Purge, Us, Whiplash), che ha da subito legato con Tobias Forge dei GHOST, instaurando un rapporto che sarebbe successivamente stato segnato da meeting, chiacchierate per i podcast e, infine, un giro sul set del nuovo film “Halloween Kills” insieme al co-autore e regista David Gordon Green.

A quasi tre anni da quel primo fatidico incontro, “Hunter’s Moon” dei GHOST è oggi disponibile su tutte le piattaforme digitali, arriverà  prossimamente al cinema per accompagnare i titoli di coda di “Halloween Kills” e verrà  pubblicata il 21 gennaio 2022 su vinile 7” in edizione limitata su Loma Vista Recordings.
