L’ultimo singolo, “Big Distortion” , può ora essere riprodotto in streaming qui sotto.
“Shapeshifting” è stato coprodotto da Satriani e Jim Scott ( FOO FIGHTERS , RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS , TOM PETTY & THE HEARTBREAKERS ), con John Cuniberti al mastering. Satriani ha arruolato una vasta gamma di collaboratori, sia vecchi che nuovi, per aiutarlo a dare vita alle canzoni, tra cui il leggendario batterista Kenny Aronoff ( John Fogerty ), il bassista Chris Chaney ( JANE’S ADDICTION ) e il tastierista Eric Caudieux.
