Liam Gallagher è tornato trionfante a Knebworth ieri sera venerdì 3 giugno con il primo dei due concerti durante il weekend del Giubileo di Platino dei 70 anni sul trono della regina Elisabetta.
L’ex cantante degli Oasis è tornato nel luogo dove la band suonò due grandiosi concerti nell’agosto 1996.
L’ultimo album solista C’Mon You Know è arrivato al numero 1 delle classifiche, mentre il suo album dal vivo Down By The River Thames era arrivato al numero 4. Liam ha scritto:

Gallagher ha suonato 12 brani degli Oasis e presentato il nuovo album da solista con More Power, Diamond In The Dark, Everything’s Electric, Better Days e la title track C’Mon You Know.
Liam ha chiuso lo show con Champagne Supernova, assieme a John Squire degli Stone Roses, come nel 1996.
