Il 23 luglio 2020 la rock band finlandese Tampere-based stoner Rückwater pubblicherà il suo album di debutto ‘Supernova’ per la Inverse Records. La band ha pubblicato un secondo singolo e il video musicale ‘Cruel Thing’. Il video è realizzato da Jasu Rossi & Otto Lemetyinen (Pukkimà¤ki OSK).

Cruel Thing è una canzone rock assolutamente atipica. L’eroe della storia sta cercando di liberarsi dalle malsane ma, così care abitudini. Musicalmente questo potrebbe essere il pezzo piùinfluenzato dal metal dell’album. Immagino che qualcuno abbia ascoltato il metal e i pionieri del thrash.
