Gli Spirits of Fire, supergruppo italo-americano composto dal chitarrista dei Savatage e della Trans-Siberian Orchestra Chris Caffery, dal bassista dei Testament Steve Di Giorgio (ex Death, ex Iced Earth) e dall’ex batterista dei Fates Warning Mark Zonder pubblicheranno il loro nuovo album, intitolato “Embrace The Unknown“, il 18 febbraio 2022 per Frontiers Music col nuovo cantante Fabio Lione (Angra, Turilli / Lione Rhapsody, ex- Rhapsody of Fire).
Tim “Ripper” Owens, ex Judas Priest e Iced Earth, è stato un membro fondatore fiino al 2021.
L’identità del sostituto di Owens era tenuta segreta mentre la band stava registrando il loro secondo album. Il nuovo cantante Fabio Lione è stato annunciato l’8 dicembre 2021.
Il gruppo è stato creato nel luglio 2017 dal chitarrista e produttore di Los Angeles Roy Z (Bruce Dickinson, Halford, Tribe of Gypsies).
Il loro primo album, Spirits of Fire, è stato pubblicato il 22 febbraio 2019 tramite l’etichetta italiana Frontiers Records.
