THE DEAD DAISIES – il “collettivo” hard rock fondato dal musicista e uomo d’affari australiano David Lowy – ha pubblicato un nuovo EP digitale, “The Lockdown Sessions”, il 17 luglio via Steamhammer/SPV. Lo sforzo contiene quattro tracce acustiche, tutte esclusive di questo EP.
Lowy ha detto:
Non appena è diventato chiaro che il nostro tour e l’uscita dell’album avrebbero dovuto essere rinviati al 2021, abbiamo registrato queste tracce acustiche pensando ai nostri fan. ‘The Lockdown Sessions’ è il nostro modo per rimanere in contatto con tutti nonostante le restrizioni globali.
“The Lockdown Sessions” contiene quattro tracce: “Unspoken”, “Righteous Days” e un’incredibile versione del classico degli HUMBLE PIE “30 Days In The Hole”, con queste tre esclusive versioni unplugged che presentano anche come potenti tracce rock nel prossimo album “Holy Ground”. L’EP si completa con una versione spogliata di “Fortunate Son”, con la voce solista del batterista Deen Castronovo.
