Gli AC/DC hanno suonato il primo spettacolo dal 2016 con il ritorno del cantante Brian Johnson al festival Power Trip di Indio, in California, sabato 7 ottobre 2023.
Brian Johnson ha fatto il suo ritorno sul palco dopo i problemi di udito che lo costrinsero a saltare l’ultima parte del Rock or Bust World Tour nel 2016, lasciando il posto di cantante ad Axl Rose dei Guns N’ Roses.
La band ha eseguito 24 canzoni aprendo per la prima volta con “If You Want Blood (You’ve Got It)” ed eseguendo anche due nuove canzoni tratte da “Power Up” del 2020 , “Demon Fire” e “Shot In The Dark”.
Gli AC/DC hanno suonato per la prima volta con il batterista Matt Laug, senza dare motivazione dell’assenza di Phil Rudd.
