La vedova di Chris Cornell, Vicky, ha pubblicato una registrazione in studio del defunto marito che suona la classica “Patience” dei Guns N’ Roses, tratta dall’album della band del 1988, Lies.
Oggi 20 luglio è la data di nascita di Cornell; avrebbe compiuto 56 anni.
La traccia è stata prodotta da Brendan O’Brien, e si presume sia una traccia registrata per un album di cover da solista del frontman dei Soundgarden, Audioslave e Temple of the Dog.
L’upload arriva solo pochi giorni dopo che i restanti membri della Soundgarden hanno ritirato la causa contro la vedova di Cornell riguardo a un concerto di beneficenza organizzato in sua memoria dopo le minacce da parte del suo team legale.
