Michael Monroe lancia il terzo singolo, sfacciato ed elettrizzante Shinola, tratto dal prossimo album in studio Outerstellar, la cui uscita è prevista per venerdì 20 febbraio su Silver Lining Music. Per i preordini, clicca qui.
Shinola prende di mira una sanguisuga emotiva moralmente corrotta che sfrutta chiunque si trovi nella sua orbita, solo per raccogliere l’isolamento che ha seminato. È un inno tagliente e coinvolgente che trasforma l’esasperazione collettiva in una liberazione cruda e liberatoria.
“Ovviamente, ‘Shinola’ è stata originariamente scritta per un certo idiota, ma sfortunatamente la maggior parte di noi può capirlo perché ne conosciamo molti”, commenta Michael Monroe. “Ci sono un sacco di idioti negativi e ignoranti al mondo e a volte fa bene sfogare le frustrazioni cantando di loro. E poi, alla fine, il Karma ci prende sempre!”
