Il quarto Heavy Music Awards annuale, presentato da Amazon Music U.K., si è tenuto lo scorso 3 settembre come evento virtuale in assoluto. Sono stati consegnati una dozzina di premi e la cerimonia ha visto anche l’esibizione dal vivo di gruppi che operano in uno studio separato.

Sebbene si sia tenuto fino al 2020, i premi si sono concentrati in gran parte sul meglio del 2019, con Slipknot che ha vinto il “Best Album” per We Are Not Your Kind e Rammstein che ha vinto il “Best Live Band”, per citare solo un paio dei vincitori.
